Do you LOVE fruit? What about Pizza? Combine them together for a sweet treat! This week's Friday Night Bites recipe is Glazed Fruit Pizza and features The Resident Chef's Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Mix.

GLAZED FRUIT PIZZA
Ingredients:

• 1 package The Resident Chef Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Mix
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 8 oz. whipped cream
• Olive Oil Spray
• Washed and Sliced Strawberries
• Washed and Sliced Kiwi
• Washed and Sliced Grapes
• Washed and Sliced Pineapple
• Washed and Sliced Oranges
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 Tbsp. corn starch
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tsp. Orange Zest

Directions: 
If you're not a fan of some of the fruits in the recipe, you can use whichever fruits you like best.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Olive Oil spray and arrange the cookie dough on the pan and press flat. Bake until golden brown (approx. 10 minutes). After the cookie dough is cool, Mix up the Strawberry Cheesecake Mix with the cream cheese and whip cream and spread evenly over the cookie dough crust. Starting on the outside of the crust, start lining up a particular fruit. I usually start with strawberries. Then, for the second layer, pick a different fruit, and so on until you get to the middle.
To make a glaze, combine salt, sugar, corn starch, orange juice, lemon juice, water, and orange zest. Stir and cook over medium heat. When the mixture starts to boil, lower heat and let simmer for a few minutes until thickened, then remove from heat. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then drizzle it over the cookie and fruit. Chill for two hours before serving.
