Friday Night Bites: Cheesy Mac & Cheese Skillet

Do you love Mac and Cheese? Turn bland mac and cheese into a dish that will keep the whole family coming back for more!

Cheesy Mac & Cheese Skillet

CHEESY MAC and CHEESE SKILLET
Ingredients:

  • 2 packages The Resident Chef Beer Cheddar Dip Mix
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef, browned & drained
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, boiled & drained
  • 1 cup marinara
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter

Directions:
Combine TRC's Beer Cheddar Dip Mixes with milk and butter. Add the mixture to hot cooked macaroni. Mix well then add cooked ground beef and marinara. Top with shredded cheese and place skillet in oven and bake until cheese is golden and melted for an extra cheesy dish!
